Many years ago my wife and I house-sat Gordon B. Hinckley's East Millcreek home for 5 months. We got to know him and his sweet wife, Marge (Marjorie), as they often came to the house to get items from the basement storage. Over the years we had many other personal contacts with them and their children and grandchildren. We feel greatly blessed to have had these experiences. So it seems very fitting that I was able to photograph the last public appearance of our beloved People's Prophet.

These photos were taken one week before the Prophet's death. They are of the Garden Park Ward dedication on January 20th, 2008.
