Some of the
photographs in this gallery were created with traditional film and some with digital
cameras. Digital software manipulation was sometimes used to create
a mood of impressionist color and apparent texture.
The photographs have some of the characteristics of the Impressionist
painters of the last century, but the techniques I use are not borrowed from
painterly software, instead they are created with camera actions and software
enhancements of color and contrast, etc.
